Domestic orders containing SALE merchandise will be shipped following the above table. SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING.
For shipping to outside the US, rates are based on Flat Rate boxes. Flat rate boxes are priced at $20.00, 41.00, and $54.00 to Canada based upon the size of the box. For shipping to all other countries, boxes are priced at $24.00, $60.00, and $78.00.
Typically, we can fit up to 8 yards of fabric into a flat rate envelope; up to 8-22 yards fits into a medium sized flat rate box. In order to minimize your shipping costs, we may split your order into 2 smaller packages if possible. For example, if the order contsists of 10 yards of two or more fabrics, shipping in one box will total $60.00 USD. Whereas, shipping in two envelopes will yield a shipping cost of $48.00 USD. We will do our best to fit your purchase into the smallest size box possible. Shipping charges will reflect the higher amount when the order entered online. All prices for products and shipping are in US dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be billed for the amount of your purchase, including tax (if applicable), plus the shipping charges.
Sales Tax for Florida Residents Only
The invoice generated will reflect a 7% Florida/Flagler County sales tax; we are obligated to collect tax on the total (product plus shipping). Thank you!

There is a ˝ yard minimum cut.
We cannot take returns on cut fabric, yarn, patterns or books, due to copyright. Notions may be returned only if packaging has not been opened or used. We will be more than happy to wind your yarn for you, if appropriate. Please indicate if you would like it wound in the notes area of the order form.
If an item was sent in error or fabric was cut incorrectly, please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the error immediately or call us directly at 386-586-5409.
All sales are final within 15 days of receipt, unless prior arrangements have been made. Returned items MUST be in saleable condition and accompanied by the original packing slips.
All sales from our clearance categories are final with no returns accepted.
If the fabric has received any manufacturer’s defects, such as tears or loss of color, contact us and we will give instructions on how to return it for replacement or credit.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted. They will be automatically returned.
